Living With, Through and Beyond Vasculitis (5 Sessions)

Join Dr. Mockett to learn about Loss & Grief and Vasculitis using PROJECT R (RESET). The threats to our health and relationships caused by Vasculitis can be difficult to navigate and understand. For many of us it feels like we are walking down a dividing line between the past and the future. When we look backward, we can see everything vasculitis has taken from us, or has forced us to relinquish.

It is easy to ignore these losses and just keep doing the things that need to be done. However, these losses lead to grief, and grief can be challenging to navigate. It is important to identify our losses and let ourselves grieve the changes that have happened in our lives.
