I TRANSCEND Phase 2
Study is recruiting new or relapsing GPA and MPA ANCA patients to evaluate an investigational drug called Tarperprumig.
The I TRANSCEND Study is a phase 2 trial evaluating the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of an investigational medication in adults who have GPA or MPA anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (ANCA Vasculitis).
This study will look at the safety and efficacy of Tarperprumig in adult participants with Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA)-Associated Vasculitis. The study is a phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Tarperprumig in adult participants with GPA or MPA ANCA associated vasculitis.
The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Tarperprumig in participants with newly diagnosed or relapsing GPA or MPA ANCA associated vasculitis.
Eligible patient expenses will be reimbursed for the study participant and one caregiver, where permitted. Additional study information can be found in the attached two PDF’s.
