New Vasculitis Quality-of-Life Survey! Your Voice Matters to Help Us Understand Life with Vasculitis in Canada!
Living with Vasculitis is challenging and you know that better than anyone. This is why we’re inviting you to be part of something important, a national research study about the health-related quality of life of individuals living with Vasculitis in Canada.
This study is being conducted by Dr. Aurore Fifi-Mah, Clinical Associate Professor at the University of Calgary Division of Rheumatology. The study and has been reviewed and approved by the University of Calgary Conjoint Health Research Ethics Board.
Study Title:
Assessment of health-related quality of life in patients with Vasculitis living in Canada: VASQOLCANADA.
The purpose of this study is to better understand the physical, emotional, and social impacts of vasculitis on the daily lives of Canadians. The findings will help guide healthcare providers and policymakers in improving care and support services for people living with Vasculitis.
Who Can Participate:
We are seeking adults (18 years or older) who have been diagnosed with any form of Vasculitis and currently reside in Canada.
What Participation Involves:
If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire, which may take approximately 15 minutes. The survey is available via the link found at the end. Your responses will be kept confidential and used only for research purposes.
Your Rights:
Participation in this study is entirely voluntary. You may choose not to participate or to withdraw at any time without any consequences to your current or future care. All information you provide will be kept confidential and securely stored.
