Madill, Dona Margaret (Lewis)- Surrounded by her loving family at the Cambridge Memorial Hospital after a short fight with cancer on Thursday, August 5, 2010 in her 69th year. Beloved wife for 46 years to Robert Ernest Madill and dear mother of Karen Lynn Cullen and husband Stuart Michael Cullen of Puslinch and Lee Ann Mitchell and husband James Mitchell Jr. of Preston. Loving grandmother of Jason Daniel Cullen; Joshua Robert Andrew Madill; Rebecca Victoria Madill Cullen; Liam James Madill Mitchell and Hailey Rebecca Madill Mitchell. Dear daughter-in-law of Dorothy Evelyn Lewis (Madill). She was predeceased by her parents Donald Davidson Lewis and Josephine Gertrude Teeter. Dear sister of Richard Arthur Lewis and his wife Christina Ann of Merrickville. Dona was a long standing member of Trillium United Church, Cambridge (Preston). She was an active member of the Ontario Genealogical Society, the Vasculitis Foundation and a volunteer with the Girl Guides of Canada. The family will receive friends at the Corbett Funeral Home, 95 Dundas Street, Cambridge on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. A service to celebrate Dona’s life will be held at the Trillium United Church, 450 King St. E. Cambridge on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 1 p.m. followed by interment of Dona’s cremated remains in Parklawn Cemetery, Cambridge. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Vasculitis Society or the Waterloo Regional Lung Association would be appreciated by the family. Special thanks to Dr. C.
