{"id":710,"date":"2018-03-27T10:16:52","date_gmt":"2018-03-27T14:16:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/vasculitis.ca\/?p=710"},"modified":"2018-03-27T10:25:32","modified_gmt":"2018-03-27T14:25:32","slug":"notice-of-annual-general-meeting-agm-guest-speaker","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/vasculitis.ca\/?p=710","title":{"rendered":"Join Us for the 2018  VFC Annual General Meeting (AGM) with Guest Speaker June Martin, Registered Dietitian"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"\">\n<p>The 2018 AGM for Vasculitis Foundation Canada (VFC) will be held on April 14, 2018 at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 126, 334 Westminster Drive, Cambridge,\u00a0Ontario.<\/p>\n<p>The VFC AGM is the foundations annual obligation to, amongst other things, receive the Directors\u2019\/President\u2019s report on the current and future business of the foundation,\u00a0receive the Treasurer\u2019s report and financial statements for the 2017 calendar year, receive the auditor\u2019s report and appoint auditors for the new year. \u00a0 Members also vote\u00a0to elect officers (President, Treasurer and Secretary) and directors for the new year as well as transact any other business that may properly come before the meeting.<\/p>\n<p>The AGM starts at 2:30PM, however, arrival and registration runs between 11:00 and 11:45AM.
