Study is recruiting new or relapsing GPA and MPA ANCA patients to evaluate an investigational drug called Tarperprumig.<\/p>\n\n

The I TRANSCEND <\/strong>Study is a phase 2 trial evaluating the safety, tolerability and effectiveness of an investigational medication in adults who have GPA or MPA anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic antibody-associated vasculitis (ANCA Vasculitis).<\/p>\n\n

This study will look at the safety and efficacy of Tarperprumig<\/strong> in adult participants with Anti-Neutrophil Cytoplasmic Antibody (ANCA)-Associated Vasculitis.\u00a0<\/strong> The study is a phase 2, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group, multicenter study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Tarperprumig in adult participants with GPA or MPA ANCA associated vasculitis.<\/p>\n\n

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Tarperprumig in participants with newly diagnosed or relapsing GPA or MPA ANCA associated vasculitis.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

Eligible patient expenses will be reimbursed for the study participant and one caregiver, where permitted. <\/strong>Additional study information can be found in the attached two PDF\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n
