Vasculitis Foundation Canada is encouraging GCA patients to participate in a new
\nstudy. This study is interested in your GCA experiences and knowledge to understand
\nwhich aspects of GCA are important to patients. Your responses will help in the
\nDevelopment of EULAR\/ACR Response Criteria for Giant Cell Arteritis. EULAR is the
\nEuropean Alliance of Associations for Rheumatology and ACR is the American College
\nof Rheumatology.<\/p>\n
Participation in this study involves completing an online survey, lasting three rounds
\nover six months. Although you are asked to enter your name and e-mail address at the
\nbeginning of the survey (so as to keep track of who answers the survey), all your
\nanswers are completely confidential, and your responses will not be matched to your
\nname. Each round should take no longer than 15-20 minutes to complete. Participation
\nin this study is voluntary, and you may stop your participation at any time.
\nYou will be asked to return each \u2018round\u2019 of the survey within 1-2 weeks of receipt. This is
\nso we can incorporate your answers into the next \u2018round\u2019, and to include you in the next
\n\u2018round\u2019.<\/p>\n
