Vasculitis Foundation Canada

By Jon Stewart

VFC needs your help with a short anonymous survey to better understand the needs of vasculitis patients when it comes to the resources and “tools” to improve disease education and self-management for your vasculitis!

As most of you know, VFC is co-sponsoring Dr. Joanne Jiang as a VFC Vasculitis Fellow until June 2021 at the Toronto Vasculitis Clinic with Dr. Pagnoux. Part of Dr. Jiang’s studies will be to develop self-management patient “tools” or “resources” that can assist vasculitis patients to better manage their vasculitis. We hope these “tools” will translate into improved disease outcomes for patients like you!

It will come as no surprise, given VFC’s mission, that VFC is working with local Rheumatologists to develop educational and self-management resources for patients with vasculitis.  Please take this anonymous 5-10 minute survey to help us understand your vasculitis needs.

If you are a vasculitis patient, please complete the survey by clicking here!

And, save this date… Saturday, April 17, 2021 at 1PM ET for the VFC AGM via ZOOM. Join guest speaker Dr. Joanne Jiang for a discussion on patient tools for better patient outcomes. More details to follow soon.

I am sure that most of you know that patient education, and patient engagement in their vasculitis, has been a strong belief of VFC for many, many years! So, if you have not already completed the survey, only once per patient, please complete this survey asap!

On behalf of the VFC Board, we hope you will set aside 5-10 minutes of your time to complete the above survey. Thank you for considering to participate in this survey. We look forward to you joining Dr. Joanne Jiang on April 17, 2021 to discuss the survey results, and to preview some patient resources and tools! More details on our April 17, 2021 meeting will be coming soon.
